The NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) rating of less than 50mK is impressive in practice. During a late November hog hunt, I could clearly distinguish a group of hogs bedded down in tall grass at 800 yards. Build Quality and Ergonomics

The DTE (Digital Thermal Enhancement) technology genuinely works. When activated, it increases contrast at the edges of thermal signatures. This helps separate overlapping heat signatures and makes identifying animals in cover easier. I noticed the most benefit when animals were partially obscured by brush or tall grass.

Reticle System and Zeroing
